I came to Cheshire Fitness with no idea what to expect. As a single mother, I had never prioritised my own health and wellbeing, but I had heard about six-week transformation programs Not long after, I came across Cheshire Fitness on social media. When I saw the price and everything included, I thought, Why not? At that price, what do I have to lose? I needed to put myself first and make the change. Instead of the usual boring gym routine! I fell in love with the variety of small group sessions, meeting new people and the fact that the trainer's really get to know you as an individual, that’s what kept me going. After having children, I struggled to get back in shape, and was extremely unfit but now I'm feeling better than ever and have a whole new wardrobe after losing over 3stone. I started at Cheshire Fitness at the age of 43, having done no exercise at all for around 10 years. I was out of shape and not used to going to the gym. I had one taster session and although I found it tough, it relit my enthusiasm for sport and fitness, which I had not felt for over a decade. The session was hard, it was competitive but most of all, it was fun. The fun approach the coaches have to the sessions really sets the tone for the entire community and the friendly culture which Cheshire fitness has. Everyone if there to spur you on, to challenge you and to help you achieve your goals. We have an amazing accountability group formed by the regulars to our session and I can honestly say, I wouldn't have made the progress I have without that group. I am now 45 and in the best shape of my life, because over the last 2 years, the trainers and coaches have helped me make small incremental changes to work outs, to daily activities and to food to help me achieve my goals. Since hitting the goals, they have helped me adjust my workouts and intake to sustain 7% body fat and 40kg of muscle mass on a 75kg frame. Obviously it has been a lot of hard work, but I know I couldn't have done it without the help and advice of the trainers (especially Yvonne) at Cheshire Fitness.

I love Cheshire fitness! started on their 6week program to give me some motivation to lose weight. Straight away I felt included and lots of the exercises were tailed best for me during group sessions! The workouts are hard yet effective, I lost 20lbs in the 6weeks, and had so many laughs along the way with the Cheshire fitness gang! I'd recommend it to everyone!

I love coming to Cheshire Fitness. Glenn, Yvonne, Chris and David are all brilliant and deliver very different training, which keeps it interesting and motivating. The team are very encouraging and get the most out of everyone. There has never been a session that I've found anything other than hard work and I love the variation of classes - boxing, spinning, strength and yoga. The people at the gym are brilliant. There's a good vibe and banter - even at 6am on a Monday! Yvonne and Glenn have been very supportive in encouraging me and providing expertise to get my diet and fitness improved. It’s great for 101 reasons. There are different exercises, and a variety of trainers so absolutely every part of your body gets exercised ( including some parts you didn’t know you had) The staff are all very encouraging and great at motivating you - whilst still being nice and kindly. I honestly could not recommend it highly enough. It’s done wonders for me ( I’m 57 and firmly believe it should be illegal for people my age NOT to go to somewhere like this)

Amazing team with great workouts, 1-2-1s, classes and boxing. A ‘real’ gym with professional staff with a great fun atmosphere. Glenn’s PT sessions are fantastic- years of experience and he knows just what you need.
