Glenn Williams is one of Cheshire’s leading Personal Trainers. An ex-professional boxer, Glenn trained as a combat medic with the Army before becoming a Paratrooper, well known for having one of the toughest & most challenging physical entrance tests in her Majesty’s Royal Forces.
Glenn was also a finalist on ITV’s Gladiator. He then returned to his professional boxing career to retire as the undefeated British Light Heavyweight Central Area Champion.

David has worked in the fitness industry for over 15 years and his training philosophy revolves round the latest training techniques and scientific principles. His aim is to make your sessions as fun, engaging and effective as possible.
From a personal training perspective David likes to take a scientific approach after studying Exercise and Nutrition Science at Post Graduate level from the University of Liverpool and BSc Sports studies at University of Aberdeen. David uses his experience of training 1000’s of people and his knowledge to get results.
David is a qualified level 3 Personal trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist who has worked alongside physiotherapists and with Elite athletes and uses his knowledge across several disciplines for weight-loss, body transformations, injury rehabilitation and sports specific performance, he is is also currently studying sports therapy techniques to improve his injury rehabilitation skills. As an avid sportsman himself, David knows what it takes to be consistent with your training.
Tom is a Sport and Physical Education Graduate (2:1 (Hons) Liverpool University) Level 3 Personal Trainer and Level 2 Nutrition and Health Advisor. As a coach Tom focusses on enabling clients to achieve long term sustainable changes. He emphasises realistic goal setting, consistent intelligent training coupled with a holistic mindful approach to lifestyle and nutrition.
Tom combines his knowledge and practical experience to coach clients to become diligent and persistent in their training and ultimately self-reliant. Tom combines his work with Cheshire Fitness with his career in the Fire Service and is passionate about all things health and fitness related.
Emma is a level 3 qualified personal trainer driven by her own fitness and fat loss achievements to help you reach your goals. Whether it’s a leaner physique, increased strength or improved fitness, she understands how to get you there with varied and interesting sessions paired with genuine enthusiasm and motivation.
