All the coaches atcome from a sports background, which include hockey, rugby, running, triathlon, football and boxing. We have qualified coaches and ex-professional players within our team who have first-hand experience of what it takes to reach peak performance.
Our sports packages are designed to work through a 16 week training program to allow various base, build and taper weeks to be utilised effectively to give you the very best chance of lining up on the start-line not only injury-free but ready for a personal best. Equally, we can train you back from injury or throughout the off-season to get you back or into full fitness.
All sports specific training packages come with a complete posture assessment and gait analysis. All sessions will be functional and appropriate to your sport and goals, including a nutrition plan and advice for training outside of yoursessions (along with a foam roller to help you with muscle massage and flexibility).
