Of all the clients Cheshire Fitness train the overwhelming goal is to lose weight.  Weight can be lost in a variety of ways, for example, through decreasing muscle mass and losing water but the only way to keep lasting results is by losing body fat.

To achieve this, you will begin your training with us with a full body assessment, which will then enable our expert personal trainers to tailor a customised fat loss package for you.

This package includes one-to-one personal training, nutrition plans and advice on how to train effectively outside of your sessions, exercise that can be done at home, rain or shine, to speed up your results and increase your fitness.

You will be put through a progressive exercise regime that will continue to push you as your fitness improves and your body fat is stripped away.

By making this three-month commitment you are setting yourself off on a health and fitness journey that will leave you looking and feeling fantastic.

14 DAY BODY BLAST

10 sessions in two weeks with a free assessment

WHAT YOU GET-

  • Gym floor assessment.
  • Postural analysis.
  • Supplementation advice.

  • 10 high intensity training sessions spaced over a 14 day period for maximum weight loss.

This body blitz program has been set-up to give you a massive fitness boost in only two weeks.  You will be advised on diet and recovery to maximise your results and make sure you don’t waste a moment of exercise at its most intense. 

If you think you’ve got the stamina to hold out then give it a go, remember, you have been warned!

MONSTER MUSCLE PACKAGE

21 sessions over 6 weeks with a free fitness assessment

WHAT YOU GET-

  • Gym floor assessment.
  • Postural analysis.

  • 21 testosterone fuelled training sessions to give your body that cut and chiseled physique

This plan is specifically designed to increase your muscle mass with focused eye on following a diet that will maximise growth alongside a training program that takes in three to four personal training sessions-each-week.  You will learn how to mix exercise sessions and how to structure your diet to reap the rewards from all the hard work put in.  With Cheshire Fitness’s help you can get to your goals quicker and safer and build up a better understanding of how to continue these results in the future.

SPORTS SPECIFIC TRAINING

16 sessions over 16 weeks, including a postural analysis, foam roller & free assessment

WHAT YOU GET- 

  • Optional body composition assessment, as sports performance training may have no relation to sports performance goals.
  • Sport specific fitness testing.
  • Bio mechanical assessment.
  • Postural analysis.
  • Supplementation advice.
  • Weekly food diary analysis.

All the coaches at Cheshire Fitness come from a sports background, which include hockey, rugby, running, triathlon, football and boxing.  We have qualified coaches and ex-professional players within our team who have first-hand experience of what it takes to reach peak performance.

Our sports packages are designed to work through a 16 week training program to allow various base, build and taper weeks to be utilised effectively to give you the very best chance of lining up on the start-line not only injury-free but ready for a personal best.  Equally, we can train you back from injury or throughout the off-season to get you back or into full fitness.

All sports specific training packages come with a complete posture assessment and gait analysis.  All sessions will be functional and appropriate to your sport and goals, including a nutrition plan and advice for training outside of your personal training sessions (along with a foam roller to help you with muscle massage and flexibility).

28 DAY TOTAL TRAINING

12 sessions over 4 weeks with a free assessment

WHAT YOU GET-

  • Postural analysis.

  • 12 gym sessions to blitz your body into shape.

This is our flagship program, guaranteed to give you a leaner, fitter and healthier body in 28-days.  The program focuses on a combination of resistance and cardiovascular exercise but will also improve your flexibility and cure any aches and pains caused from muscular imbalance during your day-to-day life, such as being hunched for long hours over an office computer.

The program comes with a free health assessment and bespoke nutrition plan dependant upon your goals.  The design of the program is suitable for anyone as the free assessment means that you start at a suitable level for your current fitness.

This program is based on three training sessions per week over a four-week period.
