This is our flagship programme, guaranteed to give you a leaner, fitter and healthier body in 28-days.  The program focuses on a combination of resistance and cardiovascular exercise but will also improve your flexibility and cure any aches and pains caused from muscular imbalance during your day-to-day life, such as being hunched for long hours over an office computer.

The programme comes with a free health assessment and bespoke nutrition plan dependant upon your goals.  The design of the programme is suitable for anyone as the free assessment means that you start at a suitable level for your current fitness.

This programme is based on three training sessions per week over a four-week period.
