THINK YOU’VE GOT STRONG ABS??

Have a go at this, get yourself into the plank position and perform these 4 exercises back to back for as long as you can…

5 reps hips up and down

5 reps hips side to side

5 reps hips 360 circle and back the other way

5 reps hips touch down each side

Once you have finished the 4 sets repeat till fatigue and the burn kicks in and you collapse to all 4s!! For each set of each exercise you get 1 point… total to be beat so far is 32… Good luck!!
