Having had the rare opportunity of a night off last week, it was nice to be able to sit down with my wife and watch something interesting on the TV. Having spent most of the day training clients and making sure they are following those all important diet plans, what could be better than watching “Reboot with Joe”. read more >>

Weightloss for everyone… With incredible results!!

The start of May saw the launch of my two online weightloss groups, Female weightloss and male lean up. These groups gave my students access to me, my knowledge and the best ways for them to go about losing all that unwanted weight. The groups included diet plans, at home workouts, and weekly challenges, which all helped create an environment, which in one case saw a massive 10kg dropped in one month. Between my 3 male students they dropped an incredible 21kg, now these are results, which I just love to see. read more >>

We know it’s evil but yet the lure of advertising, and the availability of a quick fix meal can be too hard to turn down on occasions.
