Pasteurisation of milk!?!?

The real reason for pasteurisation was to make milk safe, the milk is heated to 161 degrees and kept there for about 15-30 seconds where it is then rapidly cooled this process is done to kill micro organisms for our health making milk supposable safe to drink but what pasteurisation also does is destroy valuable enzymes, vitamins (such as A, C, B6 and B12) are diminished, fragile milk proteins are radically transformed from health nurturing to unnatural amino acid configurations that can actually worsen your health. read more >>

Another reason that the calcium doesn’t actually stay in our bodies and get used in the appropriate places i.e. bones and other essential systems is that Cows’ milk is rich in phosphorous which can combine with calcium, and can prevent you from absorbing the calcium in milk. read more >>

We have now gone over why milk cannot in modern times be associated with strengthening our bones due to the lack of vitamin and active minerals. What you actually don’t know is Cow’s milk is the number one allergic food in the country. It has been well documented as a cause in diarrhoea, cramps, bloating, gas, gastrointestinal bleeding, iron-deficiency anaemia, skin rashes, atherosclerosis, and acne. Makes you think a little more about milk now that you start to learn more about the effects it has on the body.

Using the mind to get the results you want

Whether its a new years resolution, looking good for your wedding or just getting healthier, the majority of peoples minds work the same and they go through the same thought process : go to the gym work hard get a good sweat on maybe change the diet a little and see the benefits, most see small results which don’t last long due to boredom of diet lack of enthusiasm or motivation to keep going to the gym, and there is reason for it: that lack of results means lack of motivation. If you could work half as much and get twice the results would you be willing to do it…..? The simple answer is yes!
