Using the mind to get the results you want

Whether its a new years resolution, looking good for your wedding or just getting healthier, the majority of peoples minds work the same and they go through the same thought process : go to the gym work hard get a good sweat on maybe change the diet a little and see the benefits, most see small results which don’t last long due to boredom of diet lack of enthusiasm or motivation to keep going to the gym, and there is reason for it: that lack of results means lack of motivation.
