Summer Bootcamps

It’s June and Cheshire Fitness bootcamp which runs every summer, is already a couple of months underway. It’s not too late to sign up though if you fancy joining us – we run sessions right through to the end of October and regularly take new recruits throughout the season.


Some other bootcamps simply run the same session week in week out. Well, you may think that suits you, as you fall into your comfort zone, knowing exactly what you’ll be expected to do each week, how hard you’ll be pushed…But long-term is that really benefiting you? How many weeks until you get bored? How many sessions until you get home and don’t even feel that you’ve done a workout? How long before you just…give up?

At Cheshire Fitness we take our bootcamps just as seriously as we do our personal clients. Each session is carefully planned, to ensure variety and professional, effective training.

Training outdoors in the fresh air really can’t be beaten and we welcome all adult ages and levels of fitness to come along and give it a go.

Cheshire Fitness boot camp sessions are taken by either Glenn or Mark, Monday and Wednesday evenings. They are held on the playing field at Wilmslow High School, SK9 1LZ. Classes start at 7pm and run until 8pm. Free parking available right next to the field. Your first session is free.
