Whether you want to tone up, burn calories or improve your strength, we have a class to suit you. Our classes are limited to 10 people which ensures that our experienced trainers are able to watch and improve your technique, making it more like a large group PT session and very cost-effective.
There is also a great community spirit, creating a fun atmosphere for those taking part. You will know you have trained, but will have enjoyed it at the same time!
