Based at our boutique studio in Mobberley, we can offer our exclusive personal fitness services for those in the surrounding areas of Wilmslow, Alderley Edge, Knutsford and Hale.

Glenn Williams

Glenn Williams is one of Cheshire’s leading Personal Trainers. An ex-professional boxer, Glenn trained as a combat medic with the Army before becoming a Paratrooper, well known for having one of the toughest & most challenging physical entrance tests in her Majesty’s Royal Forces. He was also the number one middleweight in the Army and represented them for a number of years.

Glenn was also a finalist on ITV’s Gladiator. He then returned to his professional boxing career to retire as the undefeated British Light Heavyweight Central Area Champion. He has trained former Manchester United Footballer, Ryan Giggs.

An accomplished sportsman, James Bailey is an ex-professional footballer who has had a diverse football career. He has played for Crewe Alexandra, Derby County, Coventry City and Barnsley, before going to India for play for FC Pune and Canada for Ottowa Fury FC. After returning from Canada James moved to Carlisle United. He then had 2 years at Yeovil Town but unfortunately had to retire from football altogether following abad injury. James is passionate about boxing and body transformation. His use of clean eating and targeted training gets great results for his clients.

James loves high intensity training and boxing, he is a a great pads man. He enjoys pushing his clients out of their comforts zones and seeing a new side of them as their confidence and attitude towards fitness grows.

Sal brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Cheshire Fitness, with over 25 years’ experience in the fitness industry. Sal has worked as a fitness presenter and educator alongside some of the industry’s leading experts. As well as being a personal trainer in Cheshire, she is also a clinical Pilates teacher, posture expert, sports therapist, functional movement specialist and a kinetic chain release therapist. Specialising in injuries and back pain, Sal has expert knowledge in rehabilitation and will help you with both your posture and overall wellness.

As a coach, Tom focuses on enabling clients to achieve long term sustainable changes. He encourages realistic goal setting and consistent intelligent training coupled with a holistic mindful approach to lifestyle and nutrition.

Tom combines his knowledge and practical experience to coach clients to become diligent and persistent in their training and ultimately self-reliant. Tom combines his work with Cheshire Fitness with his career in the Fire Service and is passionate about all things health and fitness related.
