  • Weekly food diary analysis.
  • Diet and nutrition support.
  • 10 high intensity training sessions spaced over a 14 day period for maximum weight loss.

This body blitz programme has been set-up to give you a massive fitness boost in only two weeks.  You will be advised on diet and recovery to maximise your results and make sure you don’t waste a moment of exercise at its most intense.
